Package: nut-snmp
Severity: important

According to docs/snmp.txt, it appears that this package only
implements the client side of an incomplete solution, which relies on
the nut-snmp "Sub-Agent", which according to its author is an
abandoned project. Please read this mail where he recommends using
Cacti or Nagios instead:

  http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/nut-upsuser/2009-July/005228.html

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to provide this package at all. If
the package is to stay, I would at least document this in the package
description.
