Severity: wishlist
Just a small wishlist item. It would be nice if git-gui showed the name of the
current branch in the status bar. Most of the space of the status bar is
wasted anyway :D I believe it would be useful for people who work with many
branches to be able to tell which branch they are in with a quick glance.

Okay. :) Thanks for reporting.
If you find yourself wishing the branch name was on the status bar
anyway, let me know and I can make a .deb to test whether it makes
much of a difference.
