Before seleting the problematic option]

[After all I chose <Fill and Stroke dialog> on the toolbar,
nothing hapened such as noisy errors.
But, clicked on <Fill>,<Stroke paint> tabs,
and when I picked <Stroke paint><Wheel>subTab in it, inkscape has got
stopped working & frozen til I call kill-forcefully dialog by <close>button.
the following errors occurred :

also do in <Fill>Tab. the common problem happens from Wheel Button(? or
tab?)
To meet this error, you should open .svg image or draw an flat forms.
This bug was reported at least, 2 years ago.
I did report this bug, but the maintainer didn't fixed or built a newly
fixed package. :(((((((((((((((((((

bug now. BTW, I never understood Wheel button" as "mouse button"
