Version: 3.6.13
sqlite3 is not compiled with -DSQLITE_SOUNDEX=1.
such preprocessor flag should be added to debian/rules DEB_OPT_FLAG
I suggest to enable it since it doesn't harm, it just makes soundex()
SQL function available.
