Dear archive team,
thanks to the vigilance of Jakub Drnec, it was realised that the msntp package
is not DFSG-free as it restricts commercial use.

msntp has only ~20 popcon votes, its upstream homepage is not available anymore,
its package maintainer recommends to drop it and no package depends on it.

This bug was fixed in unstable recently but the maintainer did a typo in
the bug number so it didn't get closed.
