Subject: epiphany-browser: System freeze when loading
http://www.linux.com/archive/feature/133849.
Package: epiphany-browser
Version: 2.29.91-1
Severity: normal

*** Please type your report below this line ***

Dear Debian folks,

could you please try to load [1] and see if it gives you any errors.

On my system it loads forever, i. e., some content is displayed but the
blue bar in the URL field does not reach 100 %, and I think then
suddenly my system freezes and I have to reboot. I tried to run Epiphany
under GDB but that did not work and the system froze anyway.

It might also be that it is unrelated and something different is
responsible for the hang.

To be sure it would be nice if you could confirm that.

Thanks,

Paul

Since upgrading to Epiphany 2.29.92-1 and WebKit 1.1.90-1 I have not
experienced this bug anymore.

Although not knowing what fixed it, I am closing this bug anyway.

Paul
