vcut segfaults when I try to cut a saved vorbis stream. I guess
this is because the sequence numbers don't start at 1 (but that
is just a guess!).
This is unfortunate, because saved streams are exactly when vcut
is most useful.
The segfault happens whatever is used as cut point: sample number
or time.
An example of a saved stream that fails is available at
http://riget.hn.org/nrk-p2-172.ogg (220kB). It plays fine, but
ogginfo reports
Warning: sequence number gap in stream 1. Got page 200027 when expecting
page 3. Indicates missing data.
