If the `perldoc-modules-alist' function is interrupted by a C-g, it
leaves the perldoc-modules-alist variable set to an incomplete module
list.
I think it'd be better if it set the variable only when it's finished
building the list, so that if interrupted then a later lookup will
re-run instead of silently operating on partial data.
perldoc-functions-alist looks similar, but it's much quicker so you'd be
unlucky to interrupt in the regexp loop, but possible.
