I don't think it supports xemacs. You might consider excluding
pp-c-l.el from the symlinking/compiling etc for xemacs.
(Supporting xemacs is possible, but not particularly easy. I've been
though the display table differences for my own similar control-L thing
and it's fairly icky.)
