The Debian stable version of Samba is unable to authenticate to w2k8r2
in some cases. This is fixed in the upstream Samba as of version 3.4. The
patch applies easily to Samba 3.2.5. I understand that only security-related
fixes are normally applied to stable, but this seems like an easy patch
to apply for a bug which is likely to hit an increasing number of people as
organizations upgrade from w2k3 to w2k8.
