amavisd-new-milter is lost in squeeze. Is this a bug?.
I would have it to setup sendmail + amavisd-new-milter + amavisd-new +
clamav-daemon. Sendmail's Dual setup is a mess, IMHO.

its not, see the changelog:
Remove amavisd-new milter (obsolete by upstream) (Closes: #452843, #542722).
Amavisd-new upstream removed support for it. The recommended milter is
currently is the process of getting packaged.
So there should be a replacement soon.
