Package: e2fsprogs

Hi,

it seems like e2fsprogs_1.38-2 was accidentially packaged as a native
package.

Also, just using the original .orig.tar.gz is a bit problematic, due
to the addition of tests/f_bad_disconnected_inode/image.gz

What I'll be doing shortly is to release a work-in-progress release of
e2fsprogs upstream, and that will give us a .tar.gz file that we can
use as a base that won't require a binary file diff.

Normally when this happens I just avoid uploading a new version of
e2fsprogs, but given the important/grave bug where e2fsprogs would
core dump on certain filesystem corruptions, I decided it was more
important to upload an updated version.
