Hi,

I noticed that current openal distributes an openal-config script.
Unfortunately, the debian packages misses to install it. In fact, it is
installed to debian/tmpbin/openal-config, and left in the diff.gz. This
patch fixes the problem.

Please tell upload this fix quickly, openal-config is needed for the
latest release of scorched3d. thanks in advance!
