This was reported along with nvidia-libvdpau1 in #582918 but only the
latter was done.
nvidia-libvdpau-dev_195.36.24-3_i386.deb: package says section is
non-free/oldlibs, override says non-free/libdevel.
Please change the override to non-free/oldlibs. This is now a
transitional package depending on the free version provided by
libvdpau.
