Package: debhelper
Version: 7.9.1
Severity: normal
Hi,
pykickstart built successfully until recently.
It seems caused by latest debhelper.
I have another package (in NEW at the moment) with similar symptoms.
To avoid ftbfs, I should pass --buildsystem=python_distutils...
Any ideas on the issue ?
Let me know if you need more information.
Cheers,
Fathi

yeah, very easy: DESTDIR is set by debhelper and as you can see, not
installed as expected.
As I explained, until recently, the package doesn't FTBFS and
suspected debhelper changes.
Debian Python team was kind enough to point a python2.6 bug.
Thanks for your help.
