iceweasel opens correctly this site:

in the menu on the left i click on "simulazione calcolo contributi" and
the new window appears, there i click on "avanti" and a new window
appears, i tick the box near "sono state retribuite tutte le settimane
disponibili del trimestre" (but i can tick whatever other box in the
window) then i click on "avanti" and nothing happens.
this misbehaviour has been confirmed by a friend of mine using firefox
on windows7
if i open the above page on both opera and google-chrome the problem
doesn't show up and i can use the online tool for calculating
contribution due to inps (italian workers insurance) on behalf of
workers.

If the site has the same behaviour with firefox on windows, then it's
very likely to be a problem with the site, and not with firefox. Even if
that were a problem with firefox/iceweasel, I'm afraid keeping such bug
opened in the Debian bug tracking system is not going to help you much,
while keeping the overall list of bugs less manageable for the package
maintainer.
I'm however not dismissing your problem and suggest you try to use the
"Report Broken Web Site" option in the Help menu of iceweasel.
