Package: gtkhtml
Version: 1.1.10-4
Severity: important
Your package is the only one which still has a build-dependency on
libcapplet1-dev (with the exception of libgtk-perl which I don't count
because it's orphaned [*]). libcapplet1-dev was orphaned 727 days ago
so it seems unlikely that it will be adopted soon. Since I intend to
remove libcapplet1-dev from the archive eventually, it would be good
if you could replace this build-dependency soon.
Do you think that's possible?
[*] Actually, maybe I should count it given that some packages depend
on libgtk-perl. Gar.

Sorry, but gtkhtml cannot get rid of the dependency on libcapplet1.
gtkhtml is part of gnome1, and I think it's extremely unlikely that a
gnome2 library will be a satisfactory replacement.
I only care about gtkhtml, in turn, because it is required for
gnucash.
So libcapplet1 cannot be removed from the archive either. It's fine
for it to just sit orphaned; we have no need to touch it in any way.
