When printing a PDF file, evince sets paper size to "US Letter", even if
/etc/papersize is set to "a4".
I always have to change "paper size" setting in the "paper" tab before
printing, if I want to use A4 paper.
I presume it is a bug... or is there any other way to set this to "A4" forever
in gnome admin panel ?
