Probably a problem on your system. Try to build packages with pbuilder or
similar build environment, not in an all-day usage system which may have
all kind of package configurations. Pbuilder ensures a clean environment to
build them.

This is a strange error, see the logs of the buildd daemons [1], wich are
all successful in the whole set of supported architectures.
Try to read the rest of the build log and see what happened with the
clamav detection, this may give you some hint.
Sorry but sylpheed-claws-gtk2 doesn't FTBS [2], closing the bug report.
