Check rules in /usr/share/bibtool/check_y.rsc does not accept year >
1999.

Please add one of the following rules :
check.rule { year "^[\"{]?20[0-9][0-9][\"}]?$"   }
or (more restricted)
check.rule { year "^[\"{]?200[0-9][\"}]?$"   }

Package: bibtool
Version: 2.48alpha.2-1

I have taken over the bibtool package and uploaded a new upstream
version, 2.48alpha.2, in which the check_y.rsc file is updated to
accept years in the new millennium. This bug is therefore fixed.

(Should have been closed in the changelog, but I mistyped the bug number).
