libwebauth1-dev_3.7.0-1_all.deb: package says section is oldlibs, override says
libdevel
Since the SONAME of libwebauth changed, I'm taking advantage of this
opportunity to fix a mistake I made years ago in embedding the SONAME
version in the development package. libwebauth1-dev is now a
transitional package that installs the right development package, so
should move to oldlibs.
The API for the library changed significantly in the most recent
version, so it's not appropriate in this case for libwebauth-dev to
Provide libwebauth1-dev, IMO. (But regardless, no other packages
in Debian outside the WebAuth package link with this library.)
