Severity: important

Gnucash is segfaulting after starting up. There are no error messages being
reported in .xsession-errors. When run from a terminal window, it simply
reports "Segmentation fault". Fortunately, I have another system which can open
the data file without a problem. Like this system, it too is running Debian
testing. I have tried reinstalling Gnucash but it did not help. I'd be happy
to run any diagnostic or debug testing using gdb if you can give me the
necessary steps.
