Package: xpdf-utils
Version: 3.01-7
Severity: normal
Hello,
I'm having a problem with pdftops, when I try to convert a vietnamese
file to postscript.
The pdf file shows fine with xpdf, evince, etc.
After converting the file to postscript, the text in the first column of
the document is badly placed, and there are some wrongly replaced
characters.
As a consequense cups won't print the file correctly.
Converting the file to ps with evince says something like:
(evince:28181): GnomePrintCupsPlugin-WARNING **: iconv does not support
ppd character encoding: MacStandard, trying CSISOLatin1
Since the file is about 6MB, it's available from:

Since xpdf uses poppler and do not provide programs such as
/usr/bin/pdftotext, I am closing all related bugs on xpdf-utils.
