On the attached file, "pdfinfo metadata.pdf" works well when using
locales with the ISO-8859-1 charmap (see the "รจ" in the Author
metadata). But with the UTF-8 charmap, the output is still in
ISO-8859-1 (pdfinfo should convert the output into UTF-8).
Note: this is a bug report against xpdf-utils. The poppler-utils
also distributes a pdfinfo utility, but this one cannot read the
metadata generated by hyperref (bug 548761).
