When recovering a file, the recommended procedure (by :help recovery) is
to recover from the swp file, write to a temp file, diff the temp file
with the original file, then delete the temp file and the .swp file if
everything looks ok. This is a rather laborious and error prone
process, especially when you had many files open.
Obviously in some cases only human intervention can solve the problem.
But vim should be smart enough to check automatically when recovering if
the recovered file and the original are exactly the same, and delete the
swp file itself, or if they are different warn the user.
