it appears that /usr/share/zoneminder/tools/mootools/* are essentially copies
of an older version of files shipped in the package libjs-mootools.
i haven't yet verified, but it might be possible to symlink files in
/usr/share/zoneminder/tools/mootools/* to their corresponding files in
/usr/share/javascript/mootools/* with few or little changes in zoneminder's
code.
i'll try and look into this more later.
