Depending on the specification of a path ("/" is considered as a path)
or not, the option [-p port] can be ignored.
See the difference in the handling:
$ lftp -d -p 23 ftp://ftp.fr.debian.org/
[...]

lftp -d -p 23 ftp://ftp.fr.debian.org
lftp ftp.fr.debian.org:~> ls

Obviously this problem does not depend on the protocol, they are all
affected: ftps, sftp, http and so on..
The bug is certainly in src/url.cc, but I cannot find where it is ..
This can be workarounded with proto://host:PORT/path urls
Note that this problem doesn't affect the sarge version 3.1.3-1.
