The /usr/bin/genxref file expect a swish-e.conf file to be in the same path
(/usr/bin). lxr-cvs can't be run without this file.
The swish-e.conf should be located in /etc/lxr-cvs and path to this file added
in /usr/bin/genxref at line 192 (near end of file). Like this:
