Hello,
thanks to Heiko Klein I have been made aware that grib_api can be
compiled with PNG compression support.
This should just need adding the dependency of libpng12-dev to control
and DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS := --with-png-support to rules.
I'll now test and prepare a new upload.
