When adding a new entry below an existing one, and I already asked for
the subtree of that parent entry (resulting in removal of the "+"
unfolding widget), then I cannot see the new entry in the exting
browser tab, and I cannot ask for a browser refresh as well.
The same happens whenever the subtree has been browsed once, but when
it had never been unfolded the new entries do appear at the first
unfold action.
I have to create a new tab to be able to see the entries.
