Package: logrotate
Version: 3.7-2
Severity: wishlist

I often get mails like this:

   /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
   error: error running postrotate script
   run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1

With 5-10 entries in logrotate.d, this is a less than useful error
message. The best way to solve this that I found is to run logrotate -f
-v, which is not optimal.

Logrotate should output which postrotate script failed, or at least which
section of it's config file(s) it was running when it failed.
