Icinga uses the same imges as nagios. Shouldn't there be symlinks into
/usr/share/icinga/htdocs/logos/ ?
(I'm not so sure anymore if this bug is rather for one of the icinga packets
/with an additional need for a dependency to nagios-images)

You should use a recent version.
