Hi,
Name: debian-mx
Rationale: some Debian users and developers in Mexico are trying to revive the
Debian community in Mexico. Some years ago there used to be a list but at some
point the server was shut down and the community as a whole disappeared.
This time the goal is to build the community around Debian, and using the
existing lists.d.o infrastructure would be of great help (administration and
global community-wise.)

Good timing :). I'm currently processing new list requests and you fixes came
just in time. So I created the list.
