Hi Matthias,
I am closing this bug report since hylafax is now independent from the
AWK version you have on your system. Latest package does not depend on
AWK, and the building process has been changed in order to let the user
uses the awk installed on its system instead of the one installed on the
build system.

By the way, if the real awk path (and not the generic /usr/bin/awk) is
stored in your setup.cache, your only option for changing it is to run
faxsetup again, manually.
