Package: system-config-printer
Version: 1.0.0-1
Severity: important

When trying to alter server settings, I get the error, "There was an
error during the CUPS operation: 'Failed to set settings'."

cupsd's error_log is empty, however access_log contains:

HTTP/1.1" 401 0 - -
