The main package (in this case, libwebkit) should contain the typelib.
Currently, it's the libwebkit-dev which has got the gir xml file (typelib is
missing), but they should be on the main webkit package because will be part of
the runtime, and not only for development.

The typelib is, in fact, provided by the gir1.0-webkit-1.0 package, in
accordance with the Debian's introspection mini-policy, thus closing
this bug =) please install that package and let us know if you have any
problems with it.
