Hi.

Perhaps I'm overseeing something, but AFAIU, the mta and procmail are only
required if one wants to sync to/from PKS servers.

Most of them are gone now (even pgp.mit.edu has switched to SKS).

So I guess it would be a good idea to just suggest them.
IMHO even recommends would be too much, because one can likely also use other
MDAs than procmail.

Perhaps an information in the package description for what these are required
would be nice.
