Package: pcscd
Version: 1.2.9-beta7-5
Severity: normal
pcscd has been installed on my laptop because of dependencies from gpgsm
(depends libpcsclite1 recommends pcscd).
I don't actually think I need or want pcscd ATM, so I'm going to purge
it in a moment, but thought I'd give you these errors from my logs
first.
On boot:
pcscd: debuglog.c:135:DebugLogSetLevel() debug level=error
On shutdown:
pcscd: winscard_msg.c:185:SHMProcessEventsServer() Select returns with
failure: Interrupted system call
pcscd: pcscdaemon.c:156:SVCServiceRunLoop() Error in SHMProcessEventsServer
I'm not quite sure if these messages are printed on every boot/shutdown
and from the text of the messages I can't quite tell if the are "normal"
or an indication of an error. However, I am very sure that they do not
belong in the syslog in this format (with line numbers and function
names).
Cheers.
