Thank you for the suggestion. Only that the Freshmeat is preferred over
personal web pages:
- It does not move. Personal pages are volatile.
- Presents project information in a standard and uniform manner (at a
glance).
- User can subscribe to the project announcements.
- User can find other related software.
- Provides statistics and popularity.
