Severity: important

Hello!

Thanks for packaging davfs2! Ive been wanting this in Debian for a
while now.

I installed this on a system with Linux 2.4.x and get this error
message when trying to mount:

 CODA kernel version mismatch (compiled for version 3, version 2 available)

According to
<http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg01879.html>
this happens because of a version mismatch between Linux 2.4 and
2.6.

It should either be stated via debconf (or in the package description)
that this package will not work with Linux 2.4, or preferably you
could create an alternative package that works with Linux 2.4.

Cheers!
