Please unblock package initramfs-tools

It contains 2 fixes for specific MODULES=dep root initramfs generation:
* AOE device root=/dev/etherd/e0.1p1
* partitioned md raid root=/dev/md1p3

While not beeing critical both fixes are important as there are several
usecases for MODULES=dep. The diff is minimal and doesn't affect other
pathes:

 debian/changelog |   11 +++++++++++
 hook-functions   |    8 ++++++++
 2 files changed, 19 insertions(+), 0 deletions(-)
