Please read /usr/share/doc/alsa-firmware-loaders/changelog.Debian.org. Else udev rules in /etc/udev/rules.d are deprecated and preserved for rules created by user. Delete those files and you are done. The actual alsa-firmware-loaders.rules you'll find in /lib/udev/rules.d/85-alsa-firmware-loaders.rules. Bug closed hereby.
