Hi. I just stumbled upon this bug, and am taking the liberty to close
it. Munin version 1.2.3-2 (the latest available version in Sid)
contains a patch that enables support for RRDtool 1.2 (while breaking
support for version 1.0). Version 1.2.3-3, which I'll probably upload
in a few days, will contain an improved version of said patch, enabling
support for both RRDtool 1.0 and 1.2.

Regards,
