Seems like it doesn't even need any depends at all.
Please don't specify a depends on ia32-libs manually. Instead
Build-Depend on the required libs (of which I see none) and run
dpkg-shlibsdeps to generate the Depends.

Wasn't found in the version you reported..
As it's statically built, it doesn't need it - the ia32 was for the 64
bit version - which I've now fixed with a second source tarball!
