In postinst you call
update-rc.d iptables-persistent defaults
which is, IIRC, simply to use 2345 for start and 016 for stop.
This differs from the LSB header and therefore gives nasty warnings.
The (correct) LSB header is however still used, so probably a rather
cosmetic issue.
