Hi,
since I upgraded to latest version of kde (kdelibs4c2 has version
4:3.4.2-3), xmms Icon does not appear in the KDE icon tray anymore, but
in a separate window, called xmms-status-plugin.

After stopping and restarting xmms, the icon suddenly integrated the
icon tray.
Now I can't reproduce the bug anymore, even by rebooting my computer...
Please ignore this bug report and sorry for the inconvenience :-/
