For testing-security the poeple using the embargoed queue for embargoed
issues are in the 1228(sec_embargo) group in addition to
1220(sec_public) .
However, "dak queue-report" only shows a status report about
UNEMBARGOED. Please let all people in the sec_embargo group see
the status report for EMBARGOED.
