Package: mumble-server
Version: 1.2.2-5
Severity: wishlist

Since dbus is deprecated in Murmur, please remove the dbus dependency
from the Debian package. (On the other hand, Murmur runs perfectly well
without dbus, so a "Suggests" should be enough anyways...)

See http://mumble.sourceforge.net/DBus for a deprecation note.

Thanks!

Hi,

dbus isn't deprecated, yet and also needed for interfaces like
mumble-server-web. MAYBE dbus will be removed with 1.2.4, but this is
the future, so on closing.
