I have some good news, and some bad news for you. The good news are,
that IPv6 support is already available. The bad news is, that it was
implemented to late to part of the upcoming new stable release.

For now, IPv6 enabled packages are available via Debian's experimental
branch or for lenny at
http://people.debian.org/~tolimar/tmp/iftop-ipv6-backports/.

I'll try to make regular backports for Debian 6.0 Squeeze available,
once it has been released.

Best regards,
  Alexander
