whois should use SRV records (RFC 2782) instead of relying on an
unmaintanable list (tld_serv_list) of whois servers. At least, it
should be able to use these records, even if still using the list as a
backup.
This use of SRV records is specified in the Internet-Draft
draft-sanz-whois-srv-00.txt.
At the present time, many TLD use these records (to quote just Europe:
.at, .de, .dk, .ie, .lu, .nl, .no, .pl, .si, .fr, even gr.).

Since the draft is not being widely implemented, I prefer to not add
another dependency to the package.
